Despite the terrifying name, cross fighting is actually very relaxing. It helps train your eyes when defending and attacking, as you work with a partner and throw techniques back and forth! This is amazing for Muay Thai because it is a lot more methodical than just hitting the bag. I had an awesome class with Dave Edwards who helped me understand the importance of cross fighting and sparring!
